CLAY & RESIN charges a U.S. (Flate Rate) Shipping cost of $5.00. Please note, due to COVID-19 there may be delays within the United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking and shipping. CLAY & RESIN only ships nationwide within the (United States). Normal Standard Shipping (without delays) is between 3-5 business days.
ABOUT EARRING COLLECTIONS: PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE BUYING!
All CLAY & RESIN earrings are handmade. Therefore, there may be some minor imperfections such as blemishes, bubble or markers. However, I try my very best to eliminate/ reduce the imperfections.
CLAY (Polymer) and RESIN earrings are durable. However, please do not bend your earrings. Please handle with care.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
CLAY & RESIN accepts returns and exchanges on damaged item(s). ALL earrings are NON-REFUNDABLE
RETURNS & EXCHANGES for damaged earrings are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are returning or exchanging an item(s) you can only receive a duplicate of your previous order(s). Please note, all returns or exchanges may take between 7-12 days.
RETURNED items should be mailed in an appropriate and protective packaging. Please email CLAY & RESIN for our return address. If returned earrings arrive damaged/broken due to the lack of proper protective packaging REFUNDS will not be issued.
Purchases of CLAY & RESIN earrings is the customer's acknowledgment and agreement to the shop policies.
